I finally caved into the
gingham trend and bought my first
piece in the pattern.
It's been quite hot and humid lately so I've been surviving
in lightweight cute summer
pieces like this adorable two
piece gingham set from ASOS.
There is no doubt that the timeless
gingham pieces will be quite popular
in such beautiful seasons as spring and summer.
I used (on one shelf) a
piece of gift wrap with lots of stars on it, (on another shelf) pages from a cutesy calendar that featured cartoonish angels dressed
in gingham dresses with sneakers, (on third shelf) gift wrap from the Metropolitan Museum of Art that came
in a book entitled «English Floral Patterns - Eighteenth Century Designs by William Kilbum» and finally a repeat of more angel calendar pages.
