Keeping it short and sweet today because I just got home from my
monthly girls dinner at 9:30 on Sunday night and don't have my post written, yikes!
For our
weekly girls dinner this week, I let go of being the control freak I tend to be and let my girlfriend Arielle pick the spot.
The deep pink sponge cake covered in creamy frosting with a light tinge of pink makes this perfect for a little girl's birthday party or a great dessert for an all -
girls dinner party.
I'm not sure if I could ever survive that challenge... which makes it that much more enticing to me lol Anyways my roomate and I are planning
a girls dinner this weekend and honestly I feel like this chicken dinner would be perfect!
This is what
the girls dinner looked like.
Because apparently, whenever I need to make a single -

I need to get

It took me from meetings to
a girls dinner the other day and I received more compliments on it than any dress I've ever worn.

a girls dinner so I think the second look would really suit the occasion thanks for the inspiration.
Next week starts nonstop holiday fun — we have our Christmas party, two

I drooled on myself for the better part of Wednesday evening, which was unfortunate considering it was the night of my once - monthly
girls dinner.

a girls dinner, to run errands, brunch and to meet my new baby niece (the perfect occasion for a floral print!)
Sunday we got a lot done around the house (Russ did some yard work) before I had my monthly
girls dinner.
Every now and then I like to get dolled up for a night out or
a girls dinner so this hot pink number was perfect for that.
I wear it with tights & heels for work, with over-the-knee boots for date night, or layered with a jacket & heels for
a girls dinner — it's one of the most versatile pieces in my wardrobe.
TGIF... I am really looking forward to
a girls dinner this evening.
