This isn't about him being afraid to lose the match, it is about the fact that this
girl understood the terms of joining
wrestling, and was denied the challenge.

wrestle or play football is going over the top in my opinion.
Whatever be the roots of this young mans convictions is irrelevant, what IS relevant is the fact that he didn't want to

Had to
wrestle a
girl once, it was awkward at first but quickly got over it when we both found ourselves equally determined to win.

They never signed up to

In the video he said he

girl back in 3rd grade and it didn't feel right so he decided not to
wrestle girls going forward, so his fear of loosing to a
girl had nothing to do with his decission.

I think what he did wasn't dishonoring the
girl or attempting to make her feel «unworthy» to
wrestle him, and I've been in the same situation where a boy wouldn't
wrestle me and i wasn't insulted by it.

girls, because if they are on a
wrestling team they are obviously there because they WANT to
wrestle and compete, however if the guy is not comfortable

girl because of his religious convictions, won one match Friday in the consolation round but then lost and was eliminated.
Then again it was the
girls choice to become a wrestler which means she think she's brave enough to take on a guy, she knew coming into this business that she would one day have to go against a dude but she still chose to
wrestle so that has to do with her if she gets hurt but I take my hat off to the kid cause he made the right decision even if he did get bad compliments because he was being a gentlemen and taking in consideration of her feeling physically and emotionally.

girl wrestle and trust me she can hold her own and most boys do nt want to have to face her because she really is that good and can truely hold her own Go Cassy

girls and neither time did it seem any difference than any other match.

girl person in the world — but, have you seen some of those contortionist grabs guys get into in

The thing is is that if you do anything to the
girl (in this case throw her to the ground /
wrestle) and she ends up getting hurt, you look like the bad guy.
Its how you think of it, most of the wrestlers I know don't care who they
wrestle, once the whistle blows its doesn't make a difference if its a boy or a
