give victims of sexual harassment and other workplace discrimination the freedom to seek legal action, and to do it publicly.
An NSPCC report in 2011 found that 29 %
of young people playing sport had suffered
sexual harassment, but
given the reluctance
of victims to disclose, this may be an underestimate.
