DAIRY,
which in my experience is the hardest thing to
give up to go vegan!
As it is, I'm
giving up my beloved Cream Cheese Pancakes, because you can't have
dairy on the Whole 30 —
which also rules out another of my favorites, Greek yogurt.

I actually feel much better since

which was not easy to do, and finding alternatives really helps with the transition to a WFPB diet.
Commercially farmed animals and
dairy cows are raised under abhorrent conditions and are
given hormones and antibiotics,
which end
up stored in their fat and flesh.
Most commercial farms
give anti-biotics to their animals
which then end
up in our meat and
dairy.
