use glass bread pans, you may need to adjust the temperature further (see «Baking at altitudes.»)

the glass bread pan as suggested.
Feel free to use
a glass bread pan, the issue is that if you use a standard sized glass loaf pan when the magic line is called for the breads won't fill the pan all the way and the breads will be very short.

Pour the focaccia batter into
a glass bread pan (I like these) generously greased with butter or expeller pressed coconut oil, The batter should be about 1 inch deep.
