If I could recommend something, it would be also great (from the ecologic point of view) to provide reusable
glass cups for tea / coffee (not the one - use carton ones) & to introduce the rule that if the towels are not laying on the floor, it means I want to reuse them (I believe this rule is generally used in other hotels)
