How to make it: Pour the ingredients into rocks
glass with ice cubes and garnish with an orange twist.
If it is hot in the kitchen, you can cool it quicker by filling a
clear glass with ice and setting it in the middle of the bowl.
For each drink: Pour 3 ounces of the chilled grape base into a
chilled glass with ice and add 4 ounces club soda.

For alcohol lightweights, I'll shake up a regular set of these (or classic) margaritas, add around 3/4 oz of simple syrup, pour it into a highball
glass with ice then top with club soda to make a nice spritzer.

Ribena the very word, let alone the smell of that drink for me conjures up some very special childhood memories; pretending to be a grown up and asking to have it served in a
wine glass with ice during the summer... being tucked up in bed with a warm mug of ribena by my side when I was ill in bed in the winter.

PREPARATION Add all ingredients in
mixing glass with ice, shake and strain into coffee cocktail mug, top with house made maple bacon whipped cream.
You can serve it up (i.e. in a
cocktail glass with no ice), but if you're even lazier, you can build it in a glass and have it on the rocks.
