in a few creative ingredients like black beans and spinach alongside the cheese and tortilla then it's akin to healthy as well and takes all of 10 - 15 mins to whip together.
Clearly there are a lot of fun variations possible but you can't
go wrong with everyday - tasty smashed avocado, refried black beans or pinto beans, and veggies
in your basic vegan
quesadillas.
Spray the skillet with cooking spray and pour
in half the beaten eggs, then sprinkle over half the bacon (you're making very thin omelets, which will
go inside the
quesadillas).
Keep them
going while you move on to the other steps
in the recipe and cook like a pro with this quick and flavorful
quesadilla.

Quesadillas always
go over well
in our house because everyone can customize their own.
Of course there is the basic dip, but I've put this
in baked potatoes,
quesadillas, eggs, nachos, and even made a delicious Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese to
go along with my chicken noodle soup.
We'll see what Vanderhall can do to its little Laguna with a bit of learning beneath its belt, but for now we'll finish our overflowing
quesadillas and hope the ringing
in our ears
goes away before the cute waitress comes back to drop the check.
