The best way to experience scuba diving the Philippines is by
going on a liveaboard diving trip.
In general, October to mid-December are the best times to
go on a liveaboard.
However, if you are willing to brave the conditions and want to see and dive with Manta Rays, you can still
go on a liveaboard from May to October.
You can
go on liveaboards from Koh Lanta to Hin Daeng, and also liveaboards from Phuket visit Hin Daeng (although they tend to be more focussed on going to the Similan Islands).
It is also possible to
go on a liveaboard cruise to explore more remote parts of the Ningaloo Reef.

This Myanmar
liveaboard trip had so many different things
on offer since it cruised in Thai waters as well as venturing into Burma, but you would also be spoilt for choice if you only
went on a 4 night trip that stays within Thailand, enjoying dives at many more sites in the Similan Islands, Koh Bon, Koh Tachai and Richelieu Rock.

on an ocean wave is not for you!

on the island to explore the bays and a limited amount of the coastline, your time in Cocos will be spent
on board your
liveaboard.

liveaboard after such an experience in which pleasure is the key word!
