SNACKING ON THE
GO: 87 % of Americans are not getting their daily recommended fruit intake,
so toss That's It.
I try to have salads all cut up and ready to
go so it's easier to grab something healthy instead of
snacking on something not
so healthy.
From there we've got at least two meals of leftovers,
so the rotation
goes first into chicken and black bean quesadillas, then into homemade pizza, and
snacks for those times when dinner is running too late.
After a lunch session at the gym I am always a bit more hungry,
so I love keeping
snacks in my desk / purse for some on - the -
go energy.
You know... the one where I pretty much get all excited about the food we're

snack on and not
so much about watching the game?
I've created a healthy version with no added fat and only a small about of sugar,
so it fills you up without filling you out:) You can even prepare individual portions in cupcake pans for the perfect healthy
snack on the
go!
The spaghetti squash is also packed full of a lot more nutrients than potatoes,
so I think we'll just
go ahead and consider this a healthy
snack.
You can take them wherever you
go so you are always ready for a

The only sweetness comes from raw honey and the fruit
so you're eating a protein and fiber rich

I think I'm
going to need to keep these on hand all the time
so that I can reach for them when I get a craving for a salty

Life gets
so busy sometimes and we start choosing unhealthy
