to nurse for hours
at a time, so I'm
thinking about trying
to keep that session in her
bed and not bring her back
to ours until she wakes up closer
to 5 or 6.
And I wanted you know, if it was gonna happen I wanted
to keep
going and so you know,
went to bed at night and I woke up about 2 am in the morning and I was like «Okay, this is the real deal» and I called my midwife about 7.30 am saying «Okay, I am on an intensity about 8 out of 10 so I
think we definitely have
to meet.»

to try and cut down his bottles during the day, I've tried
to replace them with food but he refuses
to eat, then
at night he's still waking up around 4 - 5 times for a bottle, he doesn't want the comfort its that he's always so hungry if i pick him up
to bring him
to bed he wakes up and
thinks its play time... is there anything that i can try
to maybe get a solid 5 hours of sleep in
at night because im
going crazy and feel like its been years since i last had a good
night's sleep... thanx
If you
think that it would upset them
to have both parents leave the room
at the end of the
night, then obviously having both of you put them
to bed isn't
going to work.
But if it's a mom who doesn't sleep easily with her baby right next
to her in the
bed and finds that she's not getting adequate sleep herself especially the mom that has
to go back
to work, then I
think she has
to work a little bit harder
to do some gentle nudging in the direction of baby sleeping more
at night and eating more in the daytime.
If you are one
to lay in
bed at night with
thoughts going around in your mind incessantly, strengthening the muscle of your mind can help quell those obsessive
thoughts.
Mantras often bring rapid
thoughts into people's minds, and this can be a great thing because it helps you sleep better
at night — your
thoughts won't be racing before you
go to bed.
