I never
go the
melted chocolate look though or the bit in note 3 where it should look like it's splitting
with 1 cup of raw cacao it just
went to straight to truffle looking.

go the blowtorch route if you want but the issue I usually find
with that is that it torches the marshmallow but doesn't actually
melt it or the
