I can
not eat cow
dairy so i substituted a tomato basil
goat cheese crumble on top after baking mine in a separate baking dish and it was great!
I added a small amount of sour cream and
goat cheese to keep the insides creamy and the whole thing
not overly dietetic, but you could leave those out to keep it
dairy free.

You are likely responding to a certain protein in the milk that is
not present in
goat dairy or ghee called A1 Beta Casein.

goat cheese and allow to melt — stirring consistently • Add rice milk until desired consistency • Remove the squash flesh from the skin and place the flesh in the food processor with the onion, salt and basil — puree until smooth • Slowly add the melted
goat cheese mixture while continuing to puree until you have a smooth sauce • Toss the squash / cheese mixture with the pasta and serve this delicious healthy kids meal
