goers expecting more of the same with «American Vanguards: Graham, Davis, Gorky, de Kooning, and Their Circle, 1927 — 1942» 1 will be pleasantly taken aback.
Not exact matches
Giroud misses
more than he hits, Walcott has NEVER delivered his
expected talent, Welbeck will NEVER be the striker to score 20 goals a season Coqellin will NOT
go a whole season injury or suspension free, Sanchez and Ozil WILL have down period during the season, all teams have these problems to a greater or lesser degree but most
of the top teams will address these problems and players either inprove or are sold and replaced with better or at least
more consistant players, NOT Wenger he keeps doing the
same thing over and over with the
same players and he
expects a different result but gets the
same outvome time and time again, yet its ALWAYS someone else's fault be it the Ref or the linesman or the opposition or bad luck or whatever and whoever and its NEVER the fact that HE has done nothing to change the situation and LOOKS LIKELY to not change it next time around.
So instead
of our team
going forwards as we
expected it to do after the club's financial burden was lifted and Arsene Wenger was given a decent transfer budget once
more, we seem to be
going backwards in terms
of challenging for the Premier League title and if you don't believe me then maybe you should believe the boss because he suggested the
same after the latest defeat.
Football like life is uncertain... What is certain however is that following the
same failed strategy year after year and
expecting a different result is a sign
of ineptitude if not madness... Our best 11 ain't up to it largely because it doesn't threaten and unthreatened teams also mean there is
more pressure on our defence as well... So a bit
of tinkering in the middle
of park ain't
going to deliver titles that is for sure... Draxler plus a mobile striker is needed... So unless the idiote grenouille is willing to shelve out 80m can kiss titles goodbye now... He can recover 30 - 40m with obvious sales
of mediocre attacking options so not too onerous but at this rate it's déjà vu all over again
Nothing like one underachiever blowing smoke up the ass
of another... we know that Ozil has some incredible technical gifts, but to be considered the best you have to bring
more than just assists to the table... for me, a top player has to possess a
more well - rounded game, which doesn't mean they need to be a beast on both ends
of the pitch, but they must have the ability to take their game to another level when it matters most... although he amassed some record - like stats early on, it set the bar too high, so when people
expected him to duplicate those numbers each year the pressure seemed to get the best
of our soft - spoken star... obviously that's not an excuse for what has happened in the meantime, but it's important to make note
of a few things: (1) his best year was a transition year for many
of the traditionally dominant teams in the EPL, so that clearly made the numbers appear better than they actually were and (2) Wenger's system, or lack thereof, didn't do him any favours; by playing him out
of position and by not acquiring world - class striker and / or right - side forward that would best fit an Ozil - centered offensive scheme certainly hurt his chances to repeat his earlier peformances, (3) the loss
of Cazorla, who took a lot
of pressure off Ozil in the midfield and was highly efficient when it came to getting him the ball in space, negatively impacted his effectiveness and (4) he likewise missed a good chunk
of games and frankly never looked himself when he eventually returned to the field... overall the Ozil experiment has had mixed reviews and rightfully so, but I do have some empathy for the man because he has always carried himself the
same way, whether for Real or the German National team, yet he has only suffered any lengthy down periods with Arsenal... to me that
goes directly to this club's inability to surround him with the necessary players to succeed, especially for someone who is a pass first type
of player; as such, this simply highlights our club's ineffective and antiquated transfer policies... frankly I'm disappointed in both Ozil and our management team for not stepping up when it counted because they had a chance to do something special, but they didn't have it in them... there is no one that better exemplifies our recent history than Ozil, brief moments
of greatness undercut by long periods
of disappointing play, only made worse by his mopey posturing like a younger slightly less awkward Wenger... what a terribly waste
It time for Wenger to resign it been
more than 10 years
of the
same thing, this is the definition
of insanity keep on doing the
same thing and
expect the different result Wenger is insane, the only person who can save our beloved Gunners is DIEGO SIMEONE!!!!!!! every player come to arsenal at the beginning they perform well but as time
goes they fade e.g. Sanchez, Gab, Asharvin etc etc etc

same situation were played 100

Despite much
of the British media doing complex mental gymnastics to explain why Paul Pogba is, in fact, not good, he's really a star: In baseball, shortstops and center fielders are inherently
more valuable than other players because they occupy premium defensive positions, and the
same goes for a competent defensive midfielder like Pogba, who's an elegant hurricane with the ball at his feet and can provide consistent attacking output from a position where it's not
expected.
They
go into this game on the back
of a stirring performance against Vfb Stuttgart, and Guardiola will be
expecting more of the
same from his boys against Arsenal as well.
The
more seats a party or grouping has, the
more chance it has
of forming a government - with 198 seats out
of 646 the Conservative Party could only form a government if significant numbers
of other MP's decided to back them, as happened in 1924 when there was a situation that the Conservatives didn't want to form a coalition with either other main party and equally the Liberals didn't want a coalition with Labour and the Liberals and Conservatives saw it as an opportunity to allow Labour into government but in a situation in which legislation was still reliant on Liberal and Conservative votes and they could be brought down at the most suitable time, supposing the notional gains were accurate and in the improbable event
of the next election
going exactly the
same way in terms
of votes then 214 out
of 650 is 32.93 %
of seats compared to at 198 out
of 646 seats - 30.65 %
of seats and the Conservative Party would then be 14 seats closer towards a total neccessary to form a government allowing for the greater number
of seats, on the one hand the Conservatives need Labour to fail but equally they need to succeed themselves given that the Liberal Democrats appear likely to oppose anyone forming a government who does not embark on a serious programme to introduce PR, in addition PC & SNP would
expect moves towards Independence for Scotland and Wales, the SDLP will be likely to back Labour and equally UKIP would want a committment to withdraw from Europe and anyway will be likely to be in small numbers if any, pretty much that leaves cutting a deal with the DUP which would only add the backing
of an extra 10 - 13 MP's.

So I question whether the advance for a book that a publisher might publish is
going to be better than that
same book, self - published, over a period
of time (if the author is doing some things, like writing
more books and marketing, which, BTW, the publisher is
going to
expect the author to do most
of, while keeping the lion's share
of the proceeds).
