I don't know how well
butter or cream would compliment the flavors, and I doubt
nut flours would blend seamlessly
into the sauce; with this one, you're just
going for texture alone, and the gums would probably achieve that without compromising flavor or cooking time.
Crackers or veggies with hummus, fruit with
nuts or
nut butter, and smoothies are my
go - to snacks but I'm definitely
going to start incorporating a few of these
into my routine too!
This way you can control and know just how much added sugar is
going into them, and allows you to add more filling and nutritious foods like
