Going Keto: This is definitely not for everyone
I don't know what it is about switching to fats over carbs that lightened the load on my heart and lungs, maybe I have been having a mild allergic reaction to something I was eating every day or something, but
going keto made an impressively noticeable difference.
Hey all - this is my second post about
going Keto.
However, I will sum up the two answers to this that are the most fitting for a conversation about
going keto.

Going Keto left me hungering for some old «grab in a dash» standbys, i.e. Dairy Queen Chili Cheese dog.
Going Keto in April, 2017 has increased my energy, given me a better mood and my joints do NOT ache anymore.

We like to always err on the side of caution, and communicate any and all risks associated with anything we talk about (and especially with something that is becoming as trendy as «

The # 1 thing I recommend when someone approaches me about «
going keto» (other than someone who is asking for their child with epilepsy or autism), and what I think you should do too if you want to try this out, is a Paleo, or paleolithic type, diet first (but a properly done one, don't get me started on how badly this is being done out there!).
Let me tell you, this is the best white chocolate I've tried since

We listed keto's numerous health benefits above, but a diet that's heavy on meat and all but bans fruit and whole grains flies in the face of conventional nutrition dogma, leaving many to wonder if
