For the first few years
on my
healing journey, I focused
on a raw food diet, as I felt amazing
going fully raw!

healing journey, I finally discovered the key to freeing myself from this abusive cycle.

went on a long
journey to change my relationship with food,
heal my gut, and change my lifestyle.
