My sense of the process has evolved over the years to the point where I inform clients that we don't really create core concepts, we * uncover * them — like digging for
nuggets of
gold by asking the right questions, then listening attentively enough to recognize when they've been spoken — often
by the most unexpected people.
To me it means seeking out the
gold, finding the golden
nugget by whichever means necessary.
