What a delightful granola recipe — and we don't commonly have molasses over here, but I feel like
golden syrup (a
really thick sugary
syrup made from sugar cane) would be the perfect substitute.

golden syrup for the maple
syrup, and then also forgot to marinate it for 10 minutes.
the only adjustment I made was halfing the amount of corn
syrup (only because I got
golden corn
syrup and I wasnt too sure if it was the same as light corn
