My Wednesday post is

going to be busy and a
bit rough until mid-March.
I keep making things — «maybe THIS time...» — and usually spit out the first
bite, or I choke down a few
bites and feel crappy, it languishes in the fridge a while and then
goes in the trash when I need fridge space (I
live alone).
Transitioning to lower sugar
life can be a
bit complicated on the fruit front as you
go through but you can find your way to incorporate it sensibly in your health efforts.
I
went almost my whole
life without ever baking Irish Soda Bread OR even taking a
bite of it.
She was a
bit scared to
go out there by herself, but right away, strangers from all walks of
life came up for hugs, «it was just hug after hug after hug.
I guess its kind of an alternative to French toast — if you have some kinda stale bread (traditionally brioche) and want to give it a

I like to
go all out as far as desserts but I figure so long as those are not part of daily
life, we're doing pretty good (and no I do not usually eat much of the cakes I bake every week, I just enjoy making them, I try a couple

Thank you for those meaningful and deep words, Sasha - they're very much needed, especially right now as I continue to struggle / journey through this
life of mine and try to figure out who I am, who I want to be, who I can be, what I want to do, what I want to stand for, and so forth < 3 Now, on a different note, I'm curious to hear more about your projects soon, and, as far as breakfast
goes, my
go - to is good ol' oatmeal with a little
bit of oat milk, flaxseeds and an apple (tea on the side, of course!)
Since I have a little
bit more free time on my hands, I am
going to try and stay consistent with the website and share as many fresh recipes and healthy
living tips as possible!
I don't know how things are
going for you guys, but
life is a
bit nuts in my world.
After an hour of waiting anxiously to savor my creation, I scooped up the bubbly goodness into a bowl and upon tasting the first
bite with its brown crispy crust and tangy creamy cheese, was transported back to a time of comfort and bliss, when I didn't have a care in the world, a simpler time and place that seemed long
gone from today in my stressful, fast - paced city
life.
