One way to alleviate this is to stay very well hydrated throughout the entire day (this is so very important during pregnancy) but then to cut yourself off 4 hours before going to bed at night.
It's pretty easy to go to bed at the same time each night, and once you get used to it your body will actually fall asleep very quickly and easily because you will be in synch with the release of your sleep hormone.

Yes it might mean you're responding to emails very late at night, or taking Skype calls when you should be going to bed, but keeping in touch with clients in «their» time zone and business day is really important to show that you're very much still present and available for them, even though you're not actually in the country anymore.
