Not exact matches
At full price there's something in me that can't quite recommend a purchase, but if you can grab it during a sale this is
well worth playing, something I don't often recommend with
titles still in
Early Access.
Today I'm venturing into the world of Freaking Meatbags, an
Early Access title from Wild Factor which mixes tower - defense with some light shooting and a
good sense of humour.
PLAYERUNKNOWN's BATTLEGROUNDS is both obnoxiously capped and the
best selling game on Steam right now, with Korean developers Bluehole claiming the
title sold its first million copies just 16 days after launching onto Steam's
Early Access program.

While there are
good games which came out of
Early Access, they are few and usually you should avoid every
Early Access title which isn't from an experienced developer.
Since it is an
early access title, the game got
better over time and it reflected on sales.
With the recent troubles it had with the critically
well - received first - person shooter Lawbreakers, and the ill - timed release of «xtreme»
early access title Radical Heights, it was unfortunately expected.
Good to hear that this is an
early access title with room for polish improvements, I heard about this game and was in the fence about picking it up.
Steam
title PC Building Simulator has done rather
well for itself since launching into
Early Access.
Despite being
early access, the Mars survival
title Rokh is a
well - polished sandbox game that exploration enthusiasts should check out.
Unless there's a really
good discount on
early access titles, I'd rather just wait until the full game is released.
As the game rolled out of
Early Access in its 1.0 state - as
well as launching on to Xbox One - developer and publisher PUBG Corp announced the
title had been downloaded more than 30m times since its March 2017 release date.
There are awesome
early access titles on Steam like QuiVR, Subnautica or Sairento that do
better than FDEV development and communication wise.
Early Access titles also perform quite
well at user engagement, but at consistent level that is less depended on sales.
My Time at Portia at the end of the day is a
good game that has all the foundations laid to make it a great game as the
title progresses through it's
early access period.
Menus work
well for the most part, but maps and units aren't particularly detailed, making the game feel almost like an
early access title.
The game launched on Steam
Early Access earlier this week, quickly becoming the second
best - selling
Early Access title after PLAYERUNKNOWN's Battlegrounds.
The multiplayer online battle royale
title is currently in
early -
access for PC, but will be released for Xbox One later this year as
well.

When one considers that the
title hasn't even left
early access yet, it's easy to see how Greene could stand firm regarding his faith in the
title's longevity — though only time will tell if Battlegrounds can keep the
good times rolling without a sequel.
For the
better part of this year, the newest entry in Codemasters» DiRT series, a rally racing - themed game appropriately -
titled DiRT Rally, has been tearing up virtual dirt roads on Steam
Early Access.
Well, an
Early Access title, anyway.
