good place to be dependent on him he can use us when we are in that place i believe God has plans for you that is why the enemy is playing mind games i had a season of that he does nt bother me now as i fire scripture
back at him.Like greater is the lord in me than he that is in the world.Sin shall not have dominion over me.In my weakness i am strong in Christ.Weakness is not an excuse to give in or give up its our opportunity to trust God and walk in his

strength to empower me and he will thats is how we change. If we try and do it in our
strength we might succeed for a couple of times then fall
back into our old patterns. Then it becomes forgive me Lord for my sin we feel guilt and condemned and that is the work of the enemy who is out to destroy our faith in God and because of our feelings we go and do the same things all over again. But we have a
better way and that is to trust the one who is able to overcome having been set free from my old life style of sin i am grateful each day to be walking in his
strength not mine.So the Lord has given you the victory in Christ and even if we stumble sometimes in the process we remember there is no condemnation to those that are in Christ Jesus God bless brentnz
Rick i struggled for over 20 years as a christian in the end i said whats the point of struggling i feel powerless and useless so i gave in to sin that did nt work either but i was so sick of struggling and seeing the same results i became more miserable and even more powerless in my struggle with sin.I decided one day no more enough was enough i needed to get my life
back in order. That was years ago and it was a process over 5 years that God dealt with all those things in my life that needed fixing most days i just said to him Lord i cant do this i just do nt have the
strength and he said thats okay you cant do it anyway just trust me.So now now i l know what it means to be an overcomer in Christ sin does not have the victory over me anymore because Jesus is my
strength in my weakness.I know i cant live a christian life in my
strength but i certainly can with Christ in me he is my
strength and in him i am an overcomer. If this is speaking to others just want to let you know that you to can be an overcomer you do nt have to struggle or battle with your walk or feel miserable because you give in to sin there is a
better way.Just admit that you cant do it and ask for his help for the holy spirit is in you and he is the one who helps us in our weakness.regards brentnz
Rick the more i think about it we are to live as overcomers not strugglers since the day i decided to turn away from the sin that was controlling my life i never fell
back into old sinful patterns not once, was i tempted many many times. The Lord will work in our lives one area at a time he needs us to give him full control so if an area is taking control we do need to hand it to him so he can change us.How do we do it immediately we say Lord you know i am weak but in you i am strong i leaned on him and overcame time and time again. We all have areas of weakness that we struggle in so do nt feel bad.Struggling is us trying to do it in our own
strength before this process i was so stubborn i refused to let God help me i wanted to do it in my own
strength and so it was a roller coaster ride in my christian walk if the day went
well i was on a high if it did nt i would would be down. Not any more now when things do nt go to plan i still thank the Lord and when it goes

good to those who love the Lord. The main area he is wanting is our hearts he wants all our heart not only some until we come to that place we will continue to struggle in our faith. The only reason to tell you this is not to boast because of what i have done in myself because i have nothing to boast about but if i did i would brag that Christ has empowered me by his holy spirit to be an overcomer just as he would want you to be.As Christians we are all called to be overcomers more than conquerers.Make a decision today to turn all your hearts to the Lord to acknowledge the areas you are holding onto that are controlling your flesh life hand them to the Lord and walk according to the spirit and not the flesh and he will give you the victory. That can be a reality starting today merry christmas everyone and may the new year be an exciting one as we put all our trust in Christ our Lord and savior.Brentnz
Not in the form of some «how to» guide or some «five step» program, but, first and foremost, by way of metaphor: «If the state of contemporary Catholic literary culture can
best be conveyed by the image of a crumbling, old, immigrant neighborhood, then let me suggest that it is time for Catholic writers and intellectuals to leave the homogeneous, characterless suburbs of the imagination, and move
back to the big city — where we can renovate these remarkable districts which have such grace and personality, such
strength and tradition.»
Jeremy have been asking the holy spirit for his help with this and in regards to the lame man that Jesus healed I do nt believe that sin was the issue for him just like the blind man was it his parents or did he sin the answer was neither but so that God would be glorified. What was the sin that may have been worse for him.The two situations are related of the woman caught in adultery the key words being go and sin no more only two references in the bible and will explain later the lame man we see at first his dependency on everyone else for his needs he cant do it he is in the
best position to receive Gods grace but what does he do with it.Does he follow Jesus no we are told he goes to the temple and Jesus finds him now that he has his
strength to do things on his own what his response to follow the way of the pharisees that is what is worse than his condition before so he is warned by go and sin no more.We get confused because we see the word sin but the giver of is speaking to him to go another way means death.Getting
back to the two situations of the woman caught in adultery and the lame man here we see a picture of our hearts on the one our love for sin and on the other the desire to work out our salvation on our terms they are the two areas we have to submit to God.My experience was the self righteousness was the harder to deal with because it is linked in to our feelings of self worth and self confidence so we have to be broken so we are humble enough to realise that without God we can do nothing our flesh hates that so it is a struggle at first to change our way of thinking.brentnz
I also was powerless in regard to my old nature it had power over me.i came to the point that i needed to do something because i felt like spiritually i was dying and again it was by faith in Jesus Christ that changed me and that i admitted that i could nt live the christian life in my
strength.Since then i have continued to walk by faith daily and i know what it means to be saved in this life we have power over our old nature through Christ that
strengths us Personally i think this is a major reason why many christians are not growing and maturing as they should. Many people are struggling in there faith that is not how it is meant to be the word says we are overcomers more than conquerers through Christ that strengthens us.If you are struggling are you walking by faith or just doing
good christians works that have no power to change your life Just admit that you cant do it in your
strength let him empower you by his holy spirit to do what you cant.It has been a hard road to get here but i am never going
back to living by works when you find the truth there is no comparison brentnz

Football its a sport with sports you have injuries add to that its contact sport so the probability of getting injured is sure Ok I can understand luck and ball wobble has got something to do with it but as a soccer player you know you could get injured just like that two or more players are going for the ball you could be sandwiched you could instantly hit the same ball one gets injured both get injured what ever but injury is part of the game some go away pretty easy some do nt and can get aggravated because not all can wait in a in a heavy box for too long and if you do
well you become weak so it will take some effort to get
back to full
strength praying that you do nt get a strain or muscular problem players mangers coaches and physician know that i know that because not long ago i had bad thigh injury all was fine with it then i got a knock just below my knee 3 weeks ago and there is still slight pain in it but will try and play on Thursday thats part of the game The manager has to account for it in his head i got 11 players 6 might go down my contingency if it were to happen is and you still got a fully balanced team
well thats the essence and Arsenal all fall because that contingency plan always falls short

The players that hold us
back most in my opinion, Giroud, Ozil, Walcott, Coquelin, can be very

strength.

better than ramsey honestly ramsey has had 3 poor games in a row, he keept giving the ball away and he's always trying to be fancy, he's so much

back to form, and ozil as
well he looked really
good.
This is an incredibly difficult question to answer for a variety of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style of play has become a shadow of it's former self, only to be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where players play out of position and adjustments / substitutions are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you look at our current players, very few would make sense in the traditional Wengerian system... at present, we don't have the personnel to move the ball quickly from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid of the
backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes in the same clinical fashion we did years ago... on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess in the offensive zone or who can even pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out of our own end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to get himself in trouble when he gets overly aggressive on the ball... from our
backs out wide, we've seen pace from the likes of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play of Monreal, but none of these players possess the skill - set required in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud was playing and his ratio of scored goals per clear chances was relatively low (
better last year though)... obviously I like Bellerin's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last season, which was obvious to Wenger because there was no way he would have used Ox as the right side wing -
back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling in the off - season, if he thought otherwise... as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched played for the Swiss national team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently to justify): that being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true
strength, his long ball play: although I must admit he did get a bit
better during some points in the latter part of last season... it always made me wonder why whenever he played with Coq Wenger always seemed to play Francis in a more advanced role on the pitch... as for Coq, he is way too reckless at the wrong times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself in and around the box far too often... let's face it Wenger was ready to throw him in the trash heap when injuries forced him to use Francis and then he had the nerve to act like this was all part of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive players can remain aggressive in the final third... on the front end, we have Ozil, a player of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he's been played out of position far too many times since arriving and that the players in front of him, minus Sanchez, make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence in Real or the space and protection he receives in the German National team's midfield, where teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily on one individual... this player was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components... in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them in large part as headless chickens who are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion in a regular starting eleven; I would say that, of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went to a
back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had to choose one of those 3 players to stay on it would be Ox due to his potential as a plausible alternative to Bellerin in that wing -
back position should we continue to use that formation... in Sanchez, we get one of the most committed skill players we've seen on this squad for some years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already of course... strangely enough, even he doesn't make sense given the constructs of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will give the ball up a little too often in the offensive zone... a fact that is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there is nothing about this team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and, at times, has showed some world - class qualities but he's lack of mobility is an albatross around the necks of our offence... so when you ask who would be our
best starting 11, I don't have a clue because of the 5 or 6 players that truly deserve a place in this side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the other was just sold to Juve... man, this is theraputic because following this team is like an addiction to heroin without the benefits

If the Arsenal transfer rumours doing the rounds this week are anything to go by then it looks like Arsene Wenger has a pretty clear idea of where he wants to add some
strength in depth to the Arsenal squad, although with the Spanish international Nacho Monreal and the England star Kieran Gibbs you might think that the left
back position was already
well covered at the club.
