If you're
starting to eat healthier this year, healthy snacks
and treats are key to staying
fit while feeling
good.
Can I just say this is such a gorgeous website
and thank you for creating this, i'm just
starting your recipes but more than anything you have made it easy to download each weekly plan i've always lost weight
best this way
and felt it time to
start again
and get
fitter as I approach 45:) lol so thank you for making the diet side easy:)
I didn't know you
started a
fit and exercise blog as
well.
As for Giroud I hope what I'm hearing is not true. You get the feeling that once Lacazette
starts scoring he just won't like it.He's also another overrated player who's also hear because of Wenger's kindness.Apart from the fact that he's
good with his head I don't see the positives of keeping here
and even Welbeck. We need players who can push Lacazette to perform
and these are just not the players. They are more of rotation players.Do you think if Welbeck
and Giroud were at top form they can challenge Laca at his best?I always laugh at our strikers though. On one hand, one doesn't
fit our style of play but at least he can finish. On the other hand, the one who
fits our style of play can't even score a goal.I can't believe we are joking with such a crucial role.I'm sick
and tired of seeing average strikers in the club. It's been painful watching the likes of Bendtner
and Chamakh already. Now I have to cope with this.
Where I hope Wenger won't be «Wenger» will be to
start playing him at Wing back, HE IS A DAMN
GOOD ATTACKING MIDFIELDER
AND HE IS NOT VERSATILE (in Yesterdays» game he scored 2 great goes the moment he moved to the AM position from the WB position — that tells you where home is for this talented young man) He will
fit well across the front 3, end of story.
They have
best starting X1 in league
and if all are
fit (which I hope will not be the case) then they are the team to beat.
Alexis came with a
good spirit, seing Ozil on board, thinking a team would be built around them but year after year, it is no top class addition with a guessing game plan, weakness all over the pitch, players out of position, a team scared to play
and lost as manager... Sanchez then
started to ask more money, we said no as to Ozil; waiting 6 month later to be on last year contract... The all management is nuts
and Alexis or any players try until they get fed up, Ozil plays to get
fit for wrld cup
and his value back...
Also, I think the less frenetic European games will suit the skills of Mesut Ozil more
and if the German comes back
fit and well and finds the sort of form he
started to show before the Chelsea game, he could be the difference against anyone.
Still think that if
and when everyone is
fit and in - form (but I don't expect that day to come in my life time) then the
best starting XI in his mind will be a front 4 of OG / TW / AS
and MO..
This term, it is imperative for both Arsenal
and himself that he stays
fit; this is not a
good start.
Since arterta is
fit, i will like arteta
and flamini to
start to offer more protection
and wilshere to
start on the bench, ramsey
and ozil are probably not very
fit so we should not risk them to avoid long term effect, if they can make it to the bench, that will be
good.
Well I would certainly look at giving as many of the
fit players a
start aa possible across the two matches against Bournemouth
and Koln
and preferably in their correct positions.
Big Ben will be knocking more of the rust off after looking a little shaky last week against the Bengals,
and we'll
start to get a
better picture of if DeAngelo Williams can
fit in for the injured Le'Veon Bell this year.
He has done
well at Portsmouth, shining in a side that is pretty useless, but again like Bentley, he isn't going to get a spot in our
starting eleven when everyone is
fit and well.
The Lions» defense has had some
fits and starts in recent weeks; however, upcoming opponents had
better be afraid of their defensive line with Ansah playing this
well.
As long as Arsenal
start well on Saturday
and play to our strengths, with a fully
fit team
and the crowd in full effect, Wenger
and the boys should be able to extend that run of wins in the NLD.
I would also not be against
starting Chambers at DM for this game; he has earned a spot in the
starting 11 but if Koscielny
and Mertesacker are both
fit to play they should take their
starting jobs back;
starting Chambers at DM will give him
good experience in the role
and with our preferred CB pairing behind him he won't have to worry about being perfect in that role.
When you look at the catchers all 25 teams are planning to
start, you don't find a lot of obvious
fits for contenders,
and rebuilders would probably prefer to have a cheaper option with a
better defensive reputation.
With Cesc Fabregas
and Nemanja Matic playing so
well together this season, it is unknown how Modric would
fit in to Jose Mourinho's
starting XI.
With Alexis Sanchez
fit he will definitely
start and I think Walcott will as
well as he only came on as a late sub yesterday.
We will have to see what happens after this next year but I think there is a
good chance that Santi may head back to Spain, so if he is going t5o win the Premier League it might be his last chance
and having a fully
fit and fired up player of his ability at the
start of the new campaign could just maybe help us achieve it don't you think?
Alex Iwobi, Alex Oxlade - Chamberlain
and Aaron Ramsey (when
fit) have been vying for the remaining spot in our attack, but with Olivier Giroud having already proven he is
well up to the task on a number of occasions, I cant believe the Chilean hasn't been rotated to
start in that spot on occasion.
The
good news for Danny
and Arsenal is that he is due to
start training again this month
and although it is likely to take a little time for him to get match
fit this is a big boost to the squad that has been struggling with more injury problems than all of our rivals.
He has been my number one choice from the
start and would
fit into our system very
well.
For giroud to score a goal like that he must be high on confidence hence base in current form I will
start him against bayern with Sanchez
and a
fit welbeck running the flanks ragged defensively
and offensively, we all know ozil plays
well when carzola is playing along side coquelin with the back 4 of kostafi
and Bellreal
and cech to win the game for us with superb saves..
He'd give his annual statement (can't wait for January when all the injured players
start getting
fit and he states we have a
good enough squad) saying players that are
better are hard to find in January as all the
best ones are in European competitions...!!!!??? Total lLies
I want Eleney to
start I think the fact that Chelsea will not be able to predict how he will
fit in
and what he will do, also the fact hat he would get to
start a big match could energize him in
good way.
The team suffered
fits and starts over the first month
and a half
and really didn't find it's
best groove until late October.
When Walcott is
fit and can play, he should always
start because look who now is benefiting from
good form out of being a super sub.
Obviously with all of our attackers
fit, then Wenger's
best line - up would feature Ozil, Lacazette
and Alexis as starters with Giroud waiting in the wings as supersub, so how many actual
starts would Welbeck get in the normal course of things?
ok we didn, t
start well but with a nearly fully
fit squad we, ve got
better in the last months, ours players seems to come back quicker from injuries kudos to the staff
and we are only one point behind man shitty like wenger said each week is a chance to close the gap on chekski
and it will happen patience my fellow gunners!!
Providing all the players are
fit and feel energised, most
good managers would repay the players after a
good performance by
starting them exactly the same.
This upcoming season is walcott
best chance to establish himself as our center forward
and oxlade is our
starting winger when
fit.
If Alexis is
fit enough to
start and play
and hour then he
starts and plays simple as that, can be replaced with anyone tbh if the score is a
good advantage for us.
Wilshere needs another manager to improve... I have a lot of time for him but he stands around too much waiting for ball whereas before he used to hunt for the ball... but whatever happens we are 6 players short of a quality team... years of penny pinching
and over indulging crap players by a clueless manager who is a legend in his own mind... people go on about guardiolas spending in the summer but the team we are now watching play the
best football in epl history only has 2 new additions from last year Emerson
and walker... I guess mendy would
start if
fit... we have 2 new players too but we are further behind than ever!!
The Gunners have used a number of different set - ups this term as he tries to get the
best out of his squad in different outings,
and injuries have often been a catalyst to those changes, but with Jack Wilshere
and Aaron Ramsey both fighting
fit and in - form, it is hard to deny either a
starting berth.
Arsenal's star Welshman Aaron Ramsey is
fit and well and is raring to get our season off to a flying
start.
