well drained pineapple (wring it with your

well softened (about 3 minutes).
Using the food processor will
cream the shredded cheese in with the
cream cheese and combine it much
better than by
hand.

hand blender from Braun that has 450w, and that is what I use for all my soups,
creams, purées, smoothies... it works pretty
well!
1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour
cream 2 scallions, minced 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley 1 clove garlic, crushed 2 tablespoons minced onion 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed (fresh would be
good, but I didn't have any on
