The base of the green smoothie bowl is kefir, which I have been loving a lot lately,
a good handful of fresh spinach, frozen pineapples, mangoes and ripe bananas.

If dinner wasn't already sorted I would be making a batch tonight If I wanted to include a few
handfuls of fresh spinach do you think it would taste
best added near the end or sauteed with the onion?
Also experimented with an oil - free sauce which turned out really
well: Juice
of 1 Meyer Lemon, 1 Garlic Clove, 1
Handful of Raw Cashews, 1 Tablespoon
of Raw Almond Butter, 2 Tablespoons
of Low Sodium Tamari, 1 Jalapeño, 1
Handful of Spinach, and 2
Handfuls of Fresh Basil.

of butter lettuce, red leaf lettuce and romaine, friseé and baby
spinach would also be lovely)
2 large zucchini 2 small yellow squash 1 beet 2 large red onions 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives 1 pint orange grape tomatoes 2 large cloves
of garlic large
handful of fresh basil a few tablespoons
of olive oil 1/2 cup dry white wine 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Good pinch Kosher salt Lots
of fresh black pepper 5 ounces baby
spinach (about 2 cups) Feta, for serving
