To the oil, I added the dill I picked up — prob 1/4 ounce, about as much flat - leafed parsely that I had on hand and
a good handful of spinach with the tail end of my lemon - sea salt.
I added sage and thyme,
a good handful of spinach, and about 1/2 cup of dried cranberries.

I thought about throwing a couple
handfuls of small broccoli trees into this soup (a few minutes before doing the puree),
spinach would be great as
well.

I usually do two
handfuls — one
handful being both
of my hands holding as much
spinach as they can:) and my smoothie is super green but there is also lots
of it and it takes me
good forty minutes to drink / eat..
Green food and drinks always make me feel
good so I added a couple more green goodies to the mix - kiwis and a

handful of blueberries, sliced red pepper, crumbled raw goat feta, chopped crispy walnuts, drizzled with an olive oil - balsamic vinegar blend is a lovely, quick summer salad that can be enjoyed by most people with
well - functioning digestive systems and plenty
of calcium coming in through bone broths or raw dairy products.

spinach as a substitute) 1 apple cored and cubed (I prefer a sweet apple like a macintosh or a gala) 1 - 2

good, strong cheddar) red wine vinegar evoo salt and pepper
To add an extra boost (since I also feel
good about myself when I eat green) I added a big
handful of spinach to the smoothie.
