I actually tend to do
kale in the blender as it doesn't yield much
juice so I find it is
best in smoothies.
As
well as being super healthy,
kale is also amazingly delicious —
kale chips are my all time favourite snack — and it makes a great addition to smoothies and
juices, as
well as pasta sauces, quinoa bowls and veggie bakes.

juices (I'm a convert), Brussel sprouts and rapini are upstaging
kale (baby or otherwise), cooked grain salads, Ramen (it's a second go - round), globally - inspired sandwiches (like Cuban pressed sandwiches) brunch as
well as grilled cheese sandwiches, and customized food (even McDonald's is trying to be accommodating), drip coffee (move over Latte, Espresso and Café au Lait) along with fancy copper drip coffee filter holders (check out Hario Coffee or Kalita).

While traditional raw
kale salads often use salt and oil as a dressing, this one uses lemon and orange
juices, as
well as apple cider vinegar as a zesty dressing.
These smoothie and

good things like fresh spinach, avocado,
kale, celery and matcha tea powder.
While I'm still vehemently anti-
kale chip, and I've yet to actually enjoy a green
juice, I am very much on board with a
good massaged

juice as a snack that heavily relies on apple and pear to sweeten it, but shove some
kale and spinach in there as

kale (I eat a
kale salad almost daily - with chia seeds and lemon
juice + EVOO - SO
