i did a

legs and i am tryin to reverse it because it does nt look
good on me at all.
I would totally change up your program (it's always
good to do this once in a while) and do full body resistance
workouts, using light weight and high rep, and not spending as much focus on
legs.

workout from swimming, at the gym, I would work out the entire body as

leg kickbacks (40 lbs)-- ab crunch machine (35 - 40 lbs)-- abdominal twist (30 lbs)-- rowing machine — assisted dips, and the stairmaster all in one session....
