Kirlee, as a supposed distantly related cat with the same spontaneous genetic mutation, would be
a good outcross.

Outcrossed litters are generally heterozygous, and do not reliably reproduce themselves, so even the nicest puppy in the litter may not later produce the
best puppies.
However, sometimes a nicely bred,
well groomed dog who does a lot of winning and appears to be an exquisite specimen of its breed in photographs and from ringside never seems to reproduce itself, whether linebred or
outcrossed.
Doing some homework on the
outcross line may give you a
better idea whether surprises might be lurking there.
