That its better for his fitnesss levels to progress steadily so that he is ready for next season.
giroud, lecoq, are gud backups to hve in the squad but not a first team player for a team wanting to challenge for epl.coq has got to improve slightly on the ball but off the ball he is gud.everyone knows about giroud and I don't think a gud striker is enough for us.we need a very clinical guy not a guy who will be going through dry patches coz thats guaranteed from a gud striker.gibbs is tricky he is a gud option to hve on the bench but if we scout someone younger and better than him then I think we can sell him for both the clubs sake and himself coz he hasn't progressed as a player.what I find shocking is bellerin back up is jenkinson worth a team challenging for epl?I don't think so and we should find an able guy there than fool ourselves and next season we pay for mistakes again.
Great win last night and a good team performance.interesting to read from Martinez the team have been practising defending counter attacks all week so progress in our defending which is great to hear.
@Goonster, you are absolutely correct my friend, what we see as the priorities are not Wengers priorities, we see this season after season with Ozil being probably the worst case, we all know a striker and a dm were more urgently needed. Some will say Wenger knows best but clearly he doesn't because our progress is so slow we appear to be standing still.Sanchez came in did well, but we still finished further away than last year.An Giroud still doesn't have any real competition upfront, im not a believer in Walcott as a main striker, if we do get a top striker like a Benzema it will most likely be a last minute deal after every1 has made their moves
for me i am jst so shocked that arsenal have a set style to dominate and when they are dominated by munich or barca (games you expect to be chasing shadows) there is just no plan B — they do nt hold there shape they do nt do anythign urgent if anything solidified my want for wenger to go was Wednesdays performance — another year gone and no progress made also the lack of depth — ozil needs to be dropped but who replaces him??? — we cant replace him so we just keep playing him and hope he comes good again
Arsenal had a very good first half, but almost never play well for 90 minutes, so progressing to the next round was never going to happen, even without a sending off.

so let me get this straight about this manure team We all know herrera is better than cazorla mata is better than ozil schneiderlin is better than wilshere and ramsey rooney is better than giroud depay is better than the ox martial is better than walcott schwenstiger is better than le coq degea is better than cech so ill be happy with just a draw should a miracle happen and it so occurs that we win then ill be more than convinced we are going to progress to the round of 16 in the champs league
I will openly admit that I was personally probably the highest of anyone on his potential, almost certainly unreasonably so, but... this is still quite surprising, especially since he had been progressing fairly well (albeit quietly as well), and I hoped that he might prove himself enough to possibly become next year's backup catcher.
Whilst I'm therefore pleased that he seems to be progressing well, because the ultimate goal of Wilshere's loan move is to improve his fitness and so he can get regular playing time, you can not tell me that a club of Arsenal's size, didn't think of perhaps reducing the number of hours he does on the training pitch?
Also he should know that getting a backup isn't always «progressing» so what if youbsibn the backup who can't make the team better....
