This method will work just as
well with larger summer squashes — you just need to cut them up into bite -
sized pieces.
You have to cut your
pieces to be the same
size or else you'll end up with a half - soggy / half - burnt tray and that's no
good.

For steamed greens a
good size to cut is 2 - 4 inch
