Actually, I was really experimenting for
snacks for a sports nutrition theme that I had going on
at work, and decided to make it nut free as
well to kill two birds with one stone.

It is not medicine and not supposed to take the place of any med's you take - but it is a pleasant
snack - Tastes like figs - somewhat crunchy and I found it to be
good when I just want a little something to keep myself from the more damaging foods like chips - I can't tell you if it
works or not - only because that would take a blood test and also I don't have diabetes - just elevated sugar
at times of stress.

Most preschools are on a pretty set schedule — from carpet time to play time to craft time to

well to contain what it needs to and doesn't bring on lots of water), first aid kit, flashlight, rain gear, a way to get clean water (filtering it yourself or access to water
at the campground),
snacks, and a
good campsite.
It can be
good to carry
snacks around in your purse or leave them in spots that you visit every day, such as in your car, by your bed, and in your drawer
at work.
You're much
better off bringing your own
snacks or sandwiches when you're
at work or on the go.
For me it's not so much about just having
good meals, but it's also having
snacks ready in my pack or purse when I'm out doing errands or
at work so I'm not tempted to stop
at Starbucks.

best way to be healthy, but although there are probably exceptions based on bio-individuality and other factors, for the most part eating a lot of small meals and
snacks works against our biology.
