workout is equipment - free except for a chair (you could also use a
stair or sturdy bench), which means it can be done even while traveling.
If you have limited equipment, hill and
stair drills can also provide a
good resisted sprint training
workout.
You can even run up and down the
stairs to get a really
good cardio
workout.
