I love them all, but if I had to pick a favourite then I'd say the sun dried
tomato and
basil flavour is the
best as it's just so rich in flavour but the roasted aubergine and carrot flavours were real hits with my friends.

tomato sauce: lots of fresh
tomatoes,
good olive oil, fresh garlic, fresh
basil, and some nice salt.
I love the combination of ripe plump
tomatoes,
good quality mozzarella cheese and fresh
basil leaves.
Added fresh baby arugula, sliced

basil and lightly sprinkled with a
