well (and
peel if necessary) and start munching.
Well, I bought an amazing, and maybe unnecessary, hand mandolin
peeler and have been making beautiful
veggie * noodles * out of everything.

Veggie Packed Mini Muffins makes 4 1/2 dozen mini muffins 2 eggs 1 C sugar 1/2 C vegetable oil 1 C applesauce (unsweetened / no sugar added kind) 1 C steamed and pureed winter squash (butternut or acorn work
well) 3 C flour 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/2 Tbsp ground flax seeds 1 C shredded carrots 1 large Granny Smith apple,
peeled and shredded 2/3 C raisins
I would shave thin slices of a
good - quality bar of chocolate with a
veggie peeler, and place those shavings on top of the cake.
If you don't have a julienne slicer or a spiral slicer this would also work
well with a
veggie peeler and a knife to cut any thicker slices.
Anywho... # 1: I make Kombucha as
well, but have been dying to try the kvass... are the beets cooked, or just
peeled with a
veggie peeler and chopped raw?
I know a
good sharp
veggie peeler is for sure hard to come by so that for sure helps.
