googling symptoms and try to stay away from message boards when you
have questions about symptoms or concerns you are experiencing.
Ask them a specific
question about that activity (you may

question about writing to even know that answers exist out there.

question would need an official translation or at least a qualified one...
Avoid

questions that ask for basic information that you could
