Hi Laura, I used an old food processor for this (Bamix immersion blender with a blending bowl) but
got a Kenwood food processor which is much more powerful and I love it!

Kenwood FP731 is closer to fifty pounds for a blender and food processor combo isn't a bad option and it's a pretty great price for what you
