I'm not sure if it's because I'm normally intolerant to dairy and being pregnant means I don't

get me wrong, I like
ice cream, it's just not my go - to when I

I'm not hungry, the carb
cravings went away after only like 4 days and although I still miss eating some foods, esp when I see other people eating them, I mostly miss it for social reasons like «Hey lets go out and

ice cream after we see fireworks» type deal.

craving, I go to McDonald's and buy a vanilla

So when I

cream, I don't have to leave the whole batch out just to
get a serving.

craving, made me just good to go for the night, so I think that's one of the strategies of why you eat less throughout the day and then at night you
get to have
ice cream so you're happy to go to sleep and don't think about food.
I miss the sweet stuff (especially

Of course, this pregnant mama is never going to completely cut
ice cream out of her diet... I mean we all have to live a little, right?!?! Sometimes those pregnancy
cravings will
get the best of me for sure.
