get a food sensitivity towards soy, otherwise the natto is off the table.

So happy to hear you're feeling better - it's so important to take time off and rearrange when you're not feeling well - it sounds like you

My standards for a «healthy restaurant» include a combination of where they

Lab testing can be very helpful, especially if you
get the right kind of testing, (I'll be writing about my favorite
food sensitivity lab test, soon) but unfortunately testing technology is not perfect.

You can
get these type of
food sensitivity tests from companies like ALCAT and Metametrix, or you can
get a test called an Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) methodology, which tests allergies and
sensitivities to a variety of common allergens.
So you can try a 30 day elimination diet (Whole30) or simply
get a blood test for
food sensitivities (offered by BioHealth Lab).
Lastly, remember to
get all the basics in check: balancing blood sugar, gut function, liver detox,
food sensitivities, adrenal function, and of course anything else supplement-wise to combat inflammation.
