I love mine with almond butter,
fresh berries and a squeeze of honey but it's also delicious with toasted
nuts, banana slices and just about anything else you've
got in your kitchen.

fresh blueberries until evenly distributed 7) Pour the batter into the baking pan or cast iron pan, and evenly distribute the rest of the blueberries on top 8) Bake for around 30 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean) 9) Let the scones cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing into 8 portions.
Sub out the cashews and / or goat cheese for whatever
nut or
fresh, crumbly cheese you've already
got in your pantry and fridge.
This granola is now my top favorite use for the leftover
nut pulp you
get after making a
fresh batch of
nut milk!
I topped mine with
fresh blueberries, coconut flakes and granola and then later added a blob of
nut butter, because I can't
get enough
nut butter these days.

get your EFA's (Essential Fatty Acids) and «good fats» in fish oil supplements,

At home we use a dry erase board, and write them down, but this is
getting very tiresome, and I worry about the lack of

gets in his diet due to so many intolerances.
