got it at buy one
get one free 1 gallon tubs, it was
only $ 50 total.
coconut oil here in the UK is quite expensive and I can
only get it in small quantities so I'm loath to use it too often.
The dough is similar to that of bread: flour, yeast, almond milk and a bit of
coconut oil, and you simply top it with fruit, but you normally
only see it with plums, or damsons, a special and very sweet kind of plum that we
get over here.
For starters, this recipe uses minimal ingredients and sweetener, isn't fried like every other doughnut, has banana, cacao and
coconut oil that offers an added nutrient boost, and my favorite aspect is that with the banana you
get not
