Yes, as long as you stop as soon as your baby starts trying to roll over or is able to
get out of the swaddle.
They didn't sleep without their swaddles, they cried when
they got out of their swaddles, so I am a swaddle professional over here.

The fleece ones make a really tight
swaddle that's hard to
get out of and it really helped them sleep.

out of the
swaddle, we tried sleep sacks (he wasn't a fan) and different musical / white noise gadgets and ultimately settled on
