I just made these, making them was easy and all - but the completely
got stuck to the bottom of the pan - despite loosening them from the sides, the whole brownie cake broke while taking it out - did this happen to anyone else?

It takes time and care, and if you
get interrupted then it's best
to take the
pan off the heat as if the sauce
sticks to the
bottom of the
pan you can end up with a lumpy sauce (though if you do end up with a lumpy sauce you can pass it through a sieve).
I usually put a colander into the pot, as this prevents the dumplings
to getting stuck on the
bottom of the
pan.
I'll be using an oven bag and won't have any
of the goodies that
get stuck to the
bottom of roasting
pans.
Some automatic litter boxes, especially the ones that work with rakes, need you
to scrape the
bottom because the urine forms big clumps that
get stuck on the
bottom of the litter
pan.
