graded lesson observations and how Ofsted determine the quality of teaching during an inspection.

Then, we met as

lesson study concept can be the way forward for all — real teacher cpd sharing on
lesson observations has been stymied for too long by top - down
grading, in other words «performativity» has hindered growth through dialogue.
