When we first made the Against the

recipe, I was mostly thinking, hey, this is really simple gluten free
bread and it's crazy overpriced.
As someone earlier mentioned, they do have a texture similar to cornbread, so I think if you eliminated the blueberries and vanilla (and perhaps reduced the maple syrup) it would make a pretty awesome
