doing the GAPS diet and she has a version of this
bread that is
grain free but bakes it at a very low temperature for an hour.
What's in it: 6 large or extra large eggs, 3 whole, 3 whites only 1 1/2 cups vanilla soy milk (almond milk or regular milk will work too) * I recommend using the sweetened almond milk or soy milk because that way you don't need to add any additional sweeteners 1 teaspoon grated orange zest 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 large loaf challah or brioche
bread (or if you want to be even more health concious, choose a whole
grain loaf) 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter Nonstick cooking spray
Don't expect it to taste like your usual
bread though; sprouted
bread is very chewy and heavy because the
grains are still intact... something you either like or you don't.

This
bread that was kicking about the cottage was Ezekial sprouted
grain bread which is fine for a treat though
does contain wheat gluten and yeast so not a regular by any means.
Cereals and
breads don't always contain whole
grains, but if you're starting with raw quinoa, you're already
doing your body a huge favor.
My husband, who
does not like whole wheat or whole
grain anything, said this was the best
bread I've ever made.
If you are
doing other
grains such as rice, you could possibly try a rice flour
bread recipe.

grain - free
breads don't have gluten, which is what gives normal wheat
bread the texture it has,

breads won't be exactly the same, but when the
breads are as delicious as this cashew

grain bread at least once a week.
I
do need to keep practicing and trying different things.For example, when in a
bread recipe could I add different whole
grains, raisins or chopped sunflower seeds?
