grain breads (any 4 loaves of my
choice!)
The full nutty flavor of barley makes it a great
choice in
grain bowls with roasted vegetables,
like this one with delicata squash and mushrooms.
Some were simply cleaner
choices, others were gluten / allergen free, and some were completely
grain free, and more Paleo
like.

like to think that for most of my day, I am quite virtuous in my food

As a coeliac who avoids
