grain flour really increases the protein in baked goods which makes it much healthier.

grain flours but my wife is sensitive to (whole) wheat so I replaced half the all - purpose
flour with a heaping cup of whole spelt
flour (150 - 170g) and that has worked

really finely milled but it has a toasted coconut flavour, which is not always good, depending on what you are making with it.
I used the Ahern multipurpose
flour blend (not whole
grain version) and it makes a
really nice, delicate bread that looks like pound cake.

really great alternatives to almond
flour and coconut

really well as a snack especially when they are made with almond

So it's pretty much a cross between a crumbly
grain - free pancake and a
really sweet version of coconut
flour scrambled eggs.
Perhaps if someone is
really struggling with glycemic control and diabetes then more caution is warranted, but in healthy individuals whole
grain flour is fine.
I've had to get
really creative with baking
grain and gluten free, especially since I don't have the universal all - purpose
flour anymore.
It is a neat
flour but it
really acts differently than

flours like the rice
